1. About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Veylor Commerce LLC, trading as Aurora & Ivy ("we", "us"), when you buy from this store. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not order.

2. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you click the button and not when payment is authorised.

We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. Obvious pricing errors are not binding on us.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is free on every order. We do not add fees at the last step of checkout.

Payment is taken at the time of order.

4. Bundle discounts

When you buy more than one piece, a bundle discount is applied automatically at checkout: 20% off with 2 pieces, 25% off with 3 pieces and 30% off with 4 or more pieces. You can mix and match any pieces. Only the highest applicable bundle discount applies; it does not stack with other discounts unless we say so.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Full detail is on the shipping page.

6. Returns

Our returns terms are on the returns page and form part of these terms. Nothing there affects your statutory rights.

7. Product information and care

We describe every piece as it is: the finish (for example gold-plated or silver-tone) and the stones (for example cubic zirconia or simulated opal) are listed on each product page. Photos show the actual design; colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Plated jewelry keeps its shine longest when it is kept dry and away from perfume, lotion and chlorine. Plating can wear over time with daily use. If you have a known metal allergy, check the finish on the product page before ordering, and stop wearing a piece if your skin becomes irritated.

8. Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photo or video, you confirm it is your own honest experience and that you own it or have permission to share it, and you give us a non-exclusive licence to display it in connection with the product. We do not pay for reviews, we do not edit them to change their meaning, and we do not delete reviews for being negative. We will remove anything unlawful, abusive or off-topic.

9. Our content

The Aurora & Ivy name, logo, copy and site design belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

10. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings there.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
