Shipping
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If your country is not on the list at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.
What it costs
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking. There is no minimum order value and we do not add fees at the final step of checkout.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing — orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Delivery — typically 8–12 working days from order to doorstep, tracked the whole way.
Weekends and public holidays are not working days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. You get a tracking link by email at dispatch, and you can also follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page. If the tracking has not moved in 5 working days, email hello@auroraivy-jewelry.com and we will chase the carrier — that is our job, not yours.
Ordering a gift
Sending a piece straight to someone else? Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. Our packing slip does not show prices.
Wrong address, missed deliveries and lost parcels
Check your address before you confirm. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually fix it before dispatch.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the product price or send it again, whichever you prefer.
If a tracked parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we replace it. You do not have to argue with us about it.
Customs and import charges
For deliveries outside the United States, any customs duty or import tax is set by the destination country and is the recipient's responsibility. We cannot predict or refund these.
