Most jewelry is bought for someone: a sister, a daughter, a friend who has been there for years. Or for yourself, after a long time of buying for everyone else. We started Aurora & Ivy for those moments — pieces that are a pleasure to give and a pleasure to keep.
Described exactly as it is
Buying jewelry online should not feel like a gamble. So every product page tells you plainly what a piece is made of. Gold-plated means gold-plated. Cubic zirconia means cubic zirconia. A simulated opal is not sold as a gemstone. The photos show the actual design.
What we will not do
Online jewelry is full of shops that are "closing down" every week, with a heartbreaking retirement story and a founder photo of someone who does not exist. We are not going to do that. We will not call plated jewelry "real gold", we will not invent a story, and we will not pretend a piece is rarer than it is.
What we will do
- Ship every order free, with tracking.
- Take pieces back within 30 days if they are not quite right.
- Reward you for buying more than one: 20% off with 2 pieces, 25% with 3, 30% with 4 or more — mix and match as you like.
- Answer your emails within one working day.
